Tiger

Tiger (Panthera tigris) the national animal of India is no doubt one of the biggest and dangerous members of the cat family. The tiger is found under the vertical stem of leaves of bamboo trees near the water tank which forms a natural back ground against rich coloured, well-stripped body with a short coat. A full-grown male tiger normally measures form 8ft. to 9t ft. and female 8ft ft. and average weight of male is 180-230 Kgs. and female is about 45 kgs. It haunts games of all kinds including elephant, gaur. buffalo.
