Almost all the wooc carvings given with colour are mainly based on Folk forms. The colour scheme is purely in Odisi style. These look dazzling with bright colours of red, yellow, blue, white and black. The chitrakars or the traditional painters of Puri, Sonepur, Bargarh, Paralakhemundi produce these articles in abundance for domestic and ritualistic uses.
